Shipping, Returns, Replacements and Warranty

For the product that you buy from muwimotion.com, we offer an exclusive customer satisfactory guarantee.

General rules for Money Return Back:

You must request a return for refund with no reason within 7 days after delivery date of the product. No
refunds after 7 days. When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track
packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. muwimotion.com will not be responsible
for any shipping loss from your side. Customer must inform muwimotioncom of any order discrepancy
within 7 days of the delivery date for accurately investigator. Physical damage to any product will void the
product’s warranty. All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories. The shipping fee is
non-refundable if there is no manufacturing defect. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs
and insurance; Hence muwimotion.com will not reimburse any customer return shipping cost. Please allow
2-7 business days to process your return. We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make
your purchase.

Return Policy for Refunds

You may return items sold by miops.com within 7 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Please
include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don’t have the invoice, then please include
a note with your order number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned with no damage in
the original packaging and include all accessories. A restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a
refund if the return is a result of your error. We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund,
including: Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery. Any item that is not in its original
condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.

Return Shipping Cost

In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return postage. You
will be responsible to return any item(s) back to us at your cost for us to process your request for either a
refund or exchange.

Replacement and Warranty

All muwimotion, products carry a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and
workmanship. This limited warranty does not apply to cosmetic blemishes which do not limit functionality,
misuse, modifications or ordinary wear and tear. The cost to return items with issues covered by the
warranty is paid by muwimotion. All warranty claims are determined in muwimotion.com’s sole judgment.
Items with electronic modules that have been open or tampered with, items purchased used, and damage
to third party equipment are excluded from warranty coverage.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping
charges are non-refundable. Canceled order or address errors: Canceled order must be e-mailed to
sales@muwimotion.com no later than 12 hours after ordering the item to avoid cancellation fee (shipping
cost). For any refused package or any returns to miops.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or
absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.

Return Procedure

Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to muwimotion.com. Customers
agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include
the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture.
muwimotion.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the
customer for replacement of the missing component. Please allow 2 to 7 business days to process your

General Policy for Shipping

Orders with items in stock are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, but delays may occur,
especially for out of stock items. Please note that due to carrier restrictions, we may not able to ship to PO
Boxes. Once the tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking
information.

Custom Fees and Taxes

Orders will be shipped from our Turkey office. They may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes
based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the
customer. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination
country. Any packages returned due to the refusal of the customer to pay levied custom duties or taxes,
customers are responsible for the full order price and shipping costs for the order.
