Replacement and Warranty

All muwimotion, products carry a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty does not apply to cosmetic blemishes which do not limit functionality, misuse, modifications or ordinary wear and tear. The cost to return items with issues covered by the warranty is paid by muwimotion. All warranty claims are determined in’s sole judgment. Items with electronic modules that have been open or tampered with, items purchased used, and damage to third party equipment are excluded from warranty coverage.

Protection Plan

The Protection Plan covers damages to our products above and beyond our limited warranty. Any accident (except intentional damage) that causes a total malfunction is covered for 2 years (valid till 1 year after the warranty void) . In that event, will repair or replace the defective part or product, in its sole discretion. Replacement will only be with a comparable new or refurbished product.

The Protection Plan is void in the event that you open the electronic module boxes. If a product is no longer available, we will do our best to offer you a comparable product or store credit.

Specifically excluded from the Protection Plan are cosmetic damage, wear and tear that does not impact functionality, third party products, products rented to third parties on a regular basis, lost or stolen units and lost parts (with the exception of wheels and screws.)

Any shipping or customs fees necessary to take advantage of the Protection Plan, are paid by the customer.

The Protection Plan may be prospectively updated at any time. It cannot be transferred to a different product or to a subsequent owner. The value of any benefits received will not exceed the price paid for the original product. Each product or product’s module can only be replaced for once.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Canceled order or address errors: Canceled order must be e-mailed to [email protected] no later than 12 hours after ordering the item to avoid cancellation fee (shipping cost). For any refused package or any returns to due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card with less shipping charge.

General Policy for Shipping

Orders with items in stock are shipped within 72 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, but delays may occur, especially for out of stock items. Custom Fees and Taxes

Orders will be shipped from our Xiamen fulfillment center. They may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country.
